The Opportunity

Our media organization is growing, and robust performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.

We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.





The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.

You will work closely with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution, capacity, quality, and team performance.

What Youll Own Build the team operating system

You will establish clear workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability mechanisms for the teams you manage.

You will determine what needs to happen consistently across accounts and build practical systems that make that possible.

Manage team performance

You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts and hold the team accountable for performance, quality, and execution.

You will create a clear feedback loop between individual performance, team performance, and client outcomes.
