Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Manage end-to-end India HR Operations from onboarding to employee exit.
- 2. Draft and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit-related communications.
- 3. Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support while maintaining confidentiality.
- 4. Coordinate employee onboarding activities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- 5. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.




- 6. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- 7. Coordinate background verification processes and vendor interactions.
- 8. Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- 9. Assist in payroll input collection and validation.
- 10. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- 11. Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
