Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS/reporting dashboards
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and overall performance metrics
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates,



and digital marketing strategies
- Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient campaign spending

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of campaign structures, targeting, and optimization
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience handling domestic brands is an advantage
- Freshers with certification or internship experience in performance marketing can also apply
