Position Title: Assurance - FAAS Senior - Treasury Operations & Integrated Finance Specialist
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations & Integrated Finance Specialist to support global clients in managing and optimizing their treasury and finance operations. This role offers an opportunity to work across end-to-end treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity planning, payments, and financial reporting, while integrating treasury with broader finance functions.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, financial control, and process standardization, leveraging treasury technologies and automation solutions. Working closely with treasury, finance, accounting, and IT teams, you will help organizations achieve real-time financial visibility, improved cash flow management, and enhanced compliance with regulatory and internal control frameworks.
This role also provides exposure to treasury transformation initiatives, system integrations, and process automation,
enabling you to contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the finance function.
Your Key Responsibilities
Overview
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrate a valuable understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards and firm policies (e.g., guidelines of the EY GDS FAAS Policy Manual); and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations
