Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries and issues via voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include providing clear information, troubleshooting basic problems, escalating technical or complex concerns when needed, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The Customer Support Executive will focus on customer satisfaction, follow process guidelines, meet performance targets,



and collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications
- Solid customer interaction skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.
- Ability to manage digital channels effectively, including Online Support and related tools.
- Experience or aptitude in resolving issues and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Basic Technical Support skills to understand and troubleshoot common customer problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and meeting defined performance metrics.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred, especially in business or related fields.
