Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a growing, mission-driven remote team. In this full-time remote role, the individual will oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding,



performance management support, and offboarding. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Implex Edu’s values. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, supporting learning and development initiatives, and contributing to HR process improvements.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
