About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

•
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound lead engagement.

•
Research target accounts and build prospect lists.

•
Engage prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.

•
Present QuestionPro’s solutions at a high level and create interest among prospects.

•
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.

•




Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

•
Achieve lead generation, activity, and revenue contribution targets.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing a structured outreach process and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, researching accounts, and identifying decision-makers.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools, along with a basic understanding of B2B SaaS or technology products.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing role is preferred but not strictly required.
