Content marketing Associate

NextRow is looking for a self starting, highly motivated Content Marketing Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, experimenting with AI tools, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. You ll work closely with our senior marketers to produce blogs, social posts, email content, and marketing materials that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate content (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, ad copies) using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,proseprity, Copy.ai, etc.).
- Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure brand voice, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
- Support in designing visuals or coordinating with design teams for creatives (using tools like Canva or similar).
- Assist in managing and scheduling content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests to inspire current ideas.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content generation tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword usage.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing basics.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Exposure to email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
