Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the complete store operations, drive sales, lead the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and revenue targets for the store.
- Lead, train and motivate the store team.




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value and other KPIs.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy and replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, cash management and other administrative activities.
- Prepare and share regular sales and operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and processes.
- Coordinate with the regional/corporate team on store requirements and performance.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards within the store.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium retail, luxury, footwear, accessories or related sectors preferred.
