Responsibilities
- Continuously source candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Screen CVs, applications, and candidates regularly.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and shortlist suitable people.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until the candidate joins.
- Build and maintain multiple recruitment sources — job portals, agencies, referrals, social media, local networks, etc.
- Identify and develop recent recruitment vendors/agencies whenever required.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment activity and ensure vacancies are closed quickly.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff is preferred.
- Should already have some reliable recruitment sources/network.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proactive and comfortable with high-volume recruitment.
