Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Operations Manager to manage the overall branch operations, team performance, sales, revenue, client management, and daily business activities. The candidate will be responsible for leading all teams, achieving branch targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, guide, and monitor all branch teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly team goals and monitor performance.
- Manage sales activities, revenue generation, and business development.
- Achieve monthly branch revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor team productivity, individual performance, and target achievement.
- Review daily sales, revenue, client, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Research, CRM, and Admin teams.
- Monitor client handling, follow-ups, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Track pending activities, project progress, payments,



and revenue collection.
- Maintain proper CRM records and ensure regular data updates.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of branch employees.
- Motivate the team and maintain discipline, productivity, and professional work standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports to management.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards at the branch.
- Monitor branch expenses and support effective resource utilization.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, revenue, team productivity, and customer retention.
- Handle key client escalations and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Support management in achieving overall business growth and branch objectives.
