Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to learn end-to-end technical hiring - from sourcing and screening to offer closure - while working closely with engineering and leadership stakeholders on live, high-priority roles across .NET, Java, QA, Full-Stack, and AI-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for technical roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and Boolean search strings.
- Screen resumes against role-specific JDs and shortlist candidates who meet technical and experience criteria.
- Conduct telephonic screening calls to assess communication skills, notice period, compensation expectations, and basic role fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with candidates and panelists, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurately and in real time.




- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring journey - from first outreach to offer stage - ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Support offer rollout coordination and documentation in partnership with the HR team.
- Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives, including campus and community outreach as needed.
- Maintain recruitment data hygiene within Keka ATS and other tracking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 0.6-2 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment; freshers with excellent communication and a solid interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g. .NET, Java, QA, Full-Stack) is a plus, though not mandatory.
