Open Positions:

Commis 1 / Commis 2 – Bread, Brownie & Pastry
- Experience: 0–4 Years
- Basic baking knowledge
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player with strong hygiene practices

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Brownie & Pastry
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Bakery & Pastry / Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling

Chef de Partie (CDP) – Brownie & Pastry
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Experience in supervising bakery/pastry production teams
- Expertise in brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts

Key Responsibilities:
- Production of breads, brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards




- Manage ingredients, reduce wastage, and ensure quality production
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
