Job Description: Sales Manager - Utility and C&I; Inverters (Solar Inverters)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead client relationship management, technical support, and business growth initiatives in the solar energy sector. The role focuses on C&I; (Commercial & Industrial) and utility-scale clients, with responsibility for project execution, market development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C&I; and utility clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all solar inverterrelated inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Project Management
- Lead the planning and execution of solar inverter projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Technical Expertise & Support
- Provide expert guidance on solar on-grid inverter technology.




- Assist clients in understanding product features, benefits, and system integration.
- Address technical queries and provide ongoing support post-installation.

Market & Business Development
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities within the solar market.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and market expansion.
- Support development and execution of strategies for C&I; and utility segment growth.

Strategic Planning
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Provide insights to support strategic initiatives and business direction.

Performance Monitoring
- Monitor performance of installed systems.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to improve offerings and service quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and service teams.
- Ensure seamless order closure and execution across departments.
