Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and recommend optimal Odoo module configurations and customizations
- Lead functional workshops with clients to gather requirements and design business process flows
- Configure Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR
- Collaborate with development teams to specify custom module requirements and system integrations
- Conduct system testing, user training sessions, and provide ongoing support during go-live phases
- Create detailed functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or functional consulting
- Strong knowledge of business processes across multiple domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR)
