- Shall have design engineering experience in EPC / Water industry
- Prepare deliverable & doc list for Instrumentation
- Prepare different specifications required for PLC and field Instruments etc
- Experience in selection of DCS,PLC and SCADA system.
- Experience in selection of water Analyser such pH , Cond ,Turbidity ,ORP ,Silica , Sodium etc
- Experience in selection of Transmitter such Flow ,Level ,Pressure etc
- Experience in selection of Local Gauge such as PG ,orifice, Rotameter, LG etc
- Experience in selection of SM Box,LCP , JB, Cable ,Cable Tray etc
- Sizing and selection of control valves , Solenoid valves
- Preparation of Instrument Index ,Hook Up drawing ,Loop Drawing , Cable Schedule etc
- Data sheets preparation and approval of field instruments & PLC,DCS
- Will have Knowledge in process control system.
- Experience in design of automation scheme with Foundation field protocol base/ profibus protocol base and HART base instruments
- Knowledge of Public Address system, fire alarm etc




- Evaluate technical offer from vendors and prepare technical comparison document
- Review the vendor drawings, discuss it with vendor / Client
- Resolution of vendor / site / customer complaints
- Carry out interfacing & coordination reviews with other departments for smooth Interface for Instrument End connection , hook up etc .
- Standardisation of Instrumentation items
- Support to QC for Integration system PLC , Analyser Panel etc
- Provide support to site engineer for erection, testing and commissioning as & when reqd.
- On time release of detailed engineering documents
- Ensure RFT with control in number of revisions
