F&B; Assistant – Restaurant Job Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.

Welcome and assist guests in a qualified and friendly manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper cleanliness and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely order service.

Assist senior F&B; staff during busy periods and special events.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.

Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.

Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor about shortages.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Support the F&B; Supervisor/Manager in daily operational activities.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
