Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (Refund & Retention) role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to refunds, plan changes, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and timely resolution.



They will focus on retaining learners by understanding concerns, offering suitable alternatives, and promoting Bhanzu’s value proposition while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to calls, emails, and chats, documenting interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and following standard operating procedures for refund and retention workflows. The role also involves tracking key metrics, sharing feedback to improve processes and customer experience, and adhering to US shift timings to support international learners and families.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support, with the ability to manage high volumes of interactions professionally.
