To manage day-to-day site administration, documentation, manpower coordination, office facilities, logistics and statutory/admin records to ensure smooth and productive project operations at Mundra.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Site Administration
- Manage daily site office administration and general facilities.
- Maintain site registers, files, correspondence and administrative records.
- Coordinate office housekeeping, security, transportation, accommodation and other site facilities.
- Coordinate with project management, client, contractors and vendors for administrative requirements.
- Arrange meetings, site visits and official communications.
B. Manpower & Attendance
- Maintain employee/workmen attendance and deployment records.
- Coordinate joining, induction documentation and employee movement.
- Maintain leave, overtime, shift and manpower records.
- Support HR/payroll team with accurate attendance and employee data.
C.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee files, contracts, ID documents and statutory records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports.
E. Accounts Support
- Collect and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain petty cash/site expense records where assigned.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment-related documentation.
- Track administrative expenses against approved budgets.
F. Client & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with client representatives and subcontractors for administrative matters.
- Maintain contractor manpower and documentation records.
- Ensure timely submission of required administrative documents.
3. Qualifications
- Graduate in
B. Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc.
or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, email and documentation systems
.
4. Experience
- 3–6 years
of experience in site administration, construction, infrastruct
