Job Summary

JumpCloud s Total Rewards team is looking for a detail-oriented team player to help support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of our global compensation and perks programs, focusing on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas and foundational compensation analysis.Youll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors while supporting our global benefits programs, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting.
