Total Experience Required: 8 -12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

A BA with positive exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys. Awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for origination/lending platform design initiatives
- Analyze customer journeys across Cards, Loans, and Mortgages workstreams
- Support fraud-related process and systems analysis across relevant delivery initiatives




- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements
- Support requirement validation and delivery tracking throughout the project lifecycle

Required / Must-Have Skills
- Exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys
- Exposure to delivering projects in the areas of Cards, Loans, and Mortgages
