First Object Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant (WFM) to join our client for their Digital & Technology team. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing, configuring, and supporting UKG/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements across the organization. Experience with the Kronos Accrual and Time-keeping modules will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Operations, HR, Payroll) to gather and translate Workforce Management requirements into scalable Kronos configurations
- Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of pay rules, accrual profiles, schedules, employment terms, and related components
- Provide production support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with vendors when necessary
- Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
activities to ensure minimal business disruption
- Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration changes in line with governance protocols
- Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant with robust expertise in the Timekeeping and accrual modules
- Deep understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, and Compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and hands-on functional configuration
- Strong experience in system testing, defect analysis, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes related to time and attendance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
