Job Summary

The Site Engineer – CIVIL will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from project initiation through final handover.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Plan and manage project activities from commencement to completion.
- Ensure project objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action wherever required.

Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
- Control project costs and minimize unnecessary expenditure.
- Monitor material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Review bills, variations, and change orders in coordination with the commercial/accounts team.

3. Project Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Track milestones, critical activities, and project deadlines.
- Identify delays and implement recovery plans to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate activities among different project teams and agencies.

4. Resource Management
- Plan and effectively utilize manpower, materials, machinery, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor productivity and optimize resource utilization.

5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
