Business Analyst in Employee Benefits Experience

Job Description:
We need an experienced Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst / Business Analyst with strong Employee Benefits (EB) domain experience and the ability to translate broker, corporate client, and business needs into well-defined product features and requirements. The candidate should have strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and workflows, along with experience working with stakeholders, technology/product teams, and insurance partners. International Employee Benefits market experience is required, with US market experience being preferred. Candidates with solid EB experience working in Health Insurance can also be considered.

Must Have Skill Set
- Strong Employee Benefits domain experience, including GMC, GPA, GTL, Group Plans, Top-up Plans, and Flexible Benefit Schemes.
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits workflows scheme setup, group enrolment, mid-term endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination.
- Understanding of TPA operations, cashless claim workflows, reimbursement processes,



and insurer-TPA data exchange.
- Experience with group enrolment, endorsement processing, and experience rating for renewals.
- Strong Business Analysis / Product Ownership experience requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and backlog management.
- Ability to translate broker, corporate client, and business requirements into product features and workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with brokers, corporate clients, insurers, TPAs, business teams, and technology/development teams.
- International Employee Benefits market experience — required. US market experience is the first preference. Other international markets can be considered; domestic-only India experience is not suitable.
