Lead Capital Markets/BFSI operations, drive service delivery, SLAs, quality, productivity and client satisfaction. Manage stakeholders, resolve escalations, lead teams, analyze performance, mitigate risks and deliver process improvements for growth.

Required Candidate profile

8–15 years of Capital Markets or BFSI experience in operations, client management and team leadership. Analytical, problem-solving, Excel/Power BI, communication and stakeholder management skills too
