Job Summary

We are looking for Application Executives to provide product demonstrations, application training, and technical support to doctors, hospitals, and clinical teams for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and application training for doctors and hospital staff.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support.
- Train customers on proper operation and clinical applications of equipment.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for installations and customer requirements.
- Visit hospitals/clinics as required for demonstrations and application support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.




- Maintain customer feedback, demo reports, and application records.
- Support the sales team during product presentations and evaluations.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in application support, product training, or clinical/technical support.
- Experience with ophthalmic diagnostic or surgical equipment is highly preferred.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and demonstrations.
- Good understanding of ophthalmic equipment and clinical applications.
- Candidates from ophthalmic equipment / medical device companies will be preferred.
