Role Description
Join Principal Financial Group as a Process Specialist - DC and be an important member of our Finance/Insurance team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will handle and verify transactions on Pension Application forms while maintaining retirement plan records for our customers. Your work will ensure outstanding efficiency and quality.

Reporting relationship
This position will report directly to the Associate Manager of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and process daily work to meet ambitious customer service goals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing with customers regarding complex record-keeping issues, special timing requests, and routine employee data.
- Implement validated problem-solving techniques to ensure productive processing on all contracts.
- Follow internal procedures rigorously to accurately detail work on contracts.
- Advise the Client Service Associate/Consultant of customer concerns or potential problems promptly.
- Validate the accuracy of plan and contract records as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of our record
