About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with our digital marketing clients. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, understand client requirements, communicate them clearly to employees, coordinate execution, and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple clients, responding to client queries promptly, coordinating with creative, social media, SEO, performance marketing and content teams, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with clients.
- Be readily available to clients for queries, updates, requirements,



and urgent requests.
- Understand client business objectives, expectations, priorities, and challenges.
- Conduct regular client calls/meetings and provide project updates.
- Proactively communicate delays, challenges, changes, or dependencies to clients.

Requirement Gathering & Internal Coordination
- Collect and understand client requirements, briefs, and campaign objectives.
- Convert client requirements into clear and actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, social media, Content, Graphic Design, Video, Performance Marketing and Web Development teams.
- Assign requirements to the appropriate employees and ensure clarity on deliverables.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Clarify client requirements with internal teams whenever necessary.
- Prioritize tasks based on client deadlines and business requirements.
