Responsibilities

For our project in Bangalore, we are looking for a Document Controller.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, deliverables, and approvals.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda prepara-tion, and documentation of action items and follow-ups.
- Track project deliverables and submission schedules using Excel trackers or project management dashboards.
- Support the preparation of project reports, progress summaries, presentations, and client communication materials.
- Ensure proper file management and version control in CDE platforms (e.g., Share-Point, Aconex, A site).
- Assist in onboarding new project team members, ensuring access to systems, pro-ject folders, and reference documents.
- Help compile bid documentation, CVs, profile check and approval, compliance checklists, and forms for recent opportunities or change requests.
- Verification (for Conformance)



and approval of project deliverables in adherence to DB quality standards and guidelines.
- Ensure support for on-time Project delivery.
- Any other work / instructions given by the Team leader.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- With 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with SharePoint / ACC / Aconex is essential.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data integrity.
- Multitasking, time management, and proactive follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with railway infrastructure projects or engineering design workflows is desirable.
