DSALR HR Solutions is a growing HR services startup providing Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll Outsourcing, and HR Support Solutions to businesses.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales & Marketing Intern who wants to gain practical experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, recruitment services, and payroll outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential B2B clients for recruitment and payroll outsourcing services.
- Research companies and identify HR Managers, Founders, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, references, and other channels.
- Introduce DSALR HR Solutions and understand prospective clients' recruitment and payroll requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.




- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the business team.
- Maintain and update the sales/lead database.
- Assist in preparing basic proposals and service presentations.
- Support the complete client acquisition process from lead generation to onboarding.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales activity and lead-generation reports.
- Explore recent markets and business opportunities for recruitment and payroll outsourcing services.

Who Can Apply?
- Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, BMS, or any business/marketing-related course.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HR, and Client Acquisition.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners and HR professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
