Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various client projects from inception to completion. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively and must ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, web developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them. Additionally, you are responsible for reporting project status to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.



You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, is crucial for success in this role.

- Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, display marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, web application, etc
- Strong understanding of digital concepts and proven ability to apply them effectively

- Excellent presentation skills with proven success in presenting ideas to clients in North America
