1. JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Executive –He/She is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring customers, promoting the company's Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires extensive field visits, client relationship management, quotation follow-up, business conversion, payment recovery, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development

Identify and develop current business opportunities in coordination with market/lead generation across industries/agencies as per DCPL activities.

Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.

Schedule client meetings and presentations to promote the company's services.

Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.

Promote all DCPL Activities.





Prepare commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with internal departments.

Negotiate commercial terms within the company's approved guidelines.

Convert enquiries into confirmed business.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solutions according to DCPL activities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Generate repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research

Conduct market surveys to identify new industries and emerging business opportunities.

Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings.

Share market intelligence and customer feedback with management.
