JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for all HR related activities at site level
- To contribute to the development of HR policies and to implement HR policies, ensuring compliance at the site level.
- To maintain and develop HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage:
- Talent Acquisition, Staff Induction, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition, Staff Retention & engagement and managing costs optimally.
- To facilitate / support the development of the team members and also ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for growth opportunities and development.




- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
- Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the organization.
- Monitoring and controlling employee grievances.
- Responsible for ensuring compliances with various statutory obligations.
- Social & Ethical Compliance
- Employee Life Cycle Management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

MSW / MLW / MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with specialization in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
