Job Summary

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end forward and reverse logistics operations related to IT assets. This role involves close coordination with end customers, courier and 3PL partners, internal technical, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure timely asset pickup, movement, evaluation, and reporting. The position plays a critical role in asset lifecycle management, compliance documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with end customers (individual employees of clients) to schedule and manage IT asset pickups.
- Handle customer requests related to asset pickup, redeployment, and movement.
- Liaise with courier and 3PL partners for pickup scheduling, delivery tracking, and escalation management.
- Plan, arrange, and dispatch appropriate packing materials to end users for secure asset transportation.
- Prepare and manage in-transit documentation including Delivery Challan and E-Way Bill for asset movement.
- Coordinate with the technical team for evaluation, testing,



and status confirmation of received assets.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts and proper accounting of customer-owned assets.
- Collaborate with the billing team to support generation of tax invoices in line with customer SOWs and agreed commercials.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for each customer, covering request status, shipment tracking, AWB, and POD details.
- Ensure smooth communication across stakeholders and adherence to defined logistics processes.
Requirements
- Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, specifically in LMD (Last Mile Delivery) for Forward and Reverse Logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of the Courier and 3PL industry.
- Experience handling IT asset movement and logistics documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, track shipments
