Role & responsibilities :
- Review and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of scope.
- Prepare and issue tender/RFQ documents; conduct techno-commercial evaluation and comparative analysis of contractor bids.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, payment schedules, and scope clarifications with contractors and vendors.
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable network of large contractors as well as local labour contractors across the region.
- Track and benchmark prevailing material prices, labour rates, and market trends to ensure competitive and realistic contract pricing.
- Stay updated on new developments, methods, and materials in the civil, waterproofing, and infrastructure construction space.
- Coordinate with project, engineering,



and design teams to align contract scope with site and drawing requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, resolve commercial disputes, and support smooth contract closeouts

For Civil Contracts
- Identify, evaluate, and award contracts for civil works, waterproofing, and civil infrastructure packages for township and high-end villa projects across South India.

For MEP Contracts
- Identify, evaluate, and award MEP contracts covering Electrical, PHE, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ICT, and Elevator packages for township and high-end villa projects across South India.

Preferred candidate profile : BE Civil/Mech/Electrical from real estate background. Solid in contracts.
