Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Data Migration Lead to plan, execute, and govern end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role focuses on Logistics (MM, IM & EWM) data objects and requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate, complete, and timely migration of logistics data. The role demands proven expertise in delivering end-to-end SAP data migration solutions, particularly for complex, large-scale transformation programs. Candidates with strong industry exposure across Manufacturing, CMT and Retail will be highly valued.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules like Material Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Define and own the data migration strategy, approach, and roadmap

Identify, analyze, and validate Logistics data objects (Material master, BOM, PO, Stock,



Serial numbers, Batch, storage bins, HUs)

Design and manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities

Work closely with Supply chain Logistics business stakeholders & master data team to validate data quality and reconciliation

Coordinate mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover activities

Develop and execute data reconciliation and validation reports

Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA data model changes

Manage data migration tools (ISU, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or third-party tools)

Identify risks and dependencies propose mitigation strategies

Lead and mentor data migration team members

Support post-go-live stabilization and data issue resolution

Skilled & Technical Skills:

8+ years of SAP experience with strong SCM Logistics functional knowledge

3+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration experience (Logistics areas-focused)
