Job Description: Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Python Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our Data-driven FRC team. The role will require the following:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and AI models.
- Design and implement generative AI solutions for various business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and applications.
- Document development processes and create technical documentation.

Core Competencies:




- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master as degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to various audiences
- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and analysis.
