About the role

Our product ships in 12 languages. Every release moves through a chain of handoffs — source files from developers, a round trip with an external localisation vendor, key updates in the Back-Office, and QA before anything reaches players. Someone needs to own that chain end to end and run it reliably, release after release.

That's this role. It's detail-heavy, process-driven work with a explicit scope and a visible output: features go live in every language, on time, without broken strings. Alongside it, you'll take on recurring operational work from the product managers — tournament setup and calendar management being the largest piece — so they can stay on product decisions.

We're looking for someone thorough and dependable rather than someone looking to reinvent the function in quarter one.

What you'll do

*Localisation delivery*
- Receive source English JSON from developers, review and organise it, and hand it to the external localisation team.




- Manage the vendor round trip across all target languages and return integration-ready files to engineering on a predictable schedule.
- QA translated builds in the UI — check that strings render, fit their containers, don't truncate, and don't break layout. Log issues clearly for design or engineering.
- Create and update property keys in the Back-Office, working with developers to identify correct file paths, and keep all 12 languages consistent with each other.
- Triage localisation issues reported in production: establish context, identify affected keys with engineering, and correct them in Manage Translations.
- Run the AI-assisted translation path when timelines are tight — generate, package, hand off, and QA. You'll be given clear guidance on which surfaces are eligible and which aren't.
- Maintain the glossary and terminology base so the same term doesn't get translated three different ways.
