QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, HR analytics, reporting automation, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience consolidating data from multiple sources and developing recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, or management information.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or methods to automate analysis, reporting, data preparation, or information delivery.
- Experience working with confidential employee or other sensitive business information in a controlled, professional workplace.
- Travel: Limited travel may be required for leadership visits, planning sessions, or business meetings.
