Guest Relations Executive – Restaurant Operations | Job Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and skilled manner.

Manage guest seating and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the restaurant service and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.

Maintain valuable relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

Assist with reservations, special requests, and guest arrangements.

Ensure proper coordination during events, group bookings, and special occasions.

Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary action to resolve concerns.

Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Support the restaurant team in daily operations and other assigned duties.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
