Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a solid focus on lead generation. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with prospects, conducting product demos, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in technology-driven (IT/SaaS) solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, CRM databases, and online research, while initiating first-level conversations to understand requirements and qualify opportunities
- Schedule and conduct product demos, prepare and present proposals, support commercial discussions and negotiations, and work towards achieving assigned sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM, track pipeline progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and collaborate with sales, marketing,



and pre-sales teams to support campaigns and close opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to strengthen sales strategy
Skills & Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (IT / SaaS required), with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities, conducting demos, handling negotiations, and meeting targets; experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
