Job Summary

Axess Technology is looking for motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales, educational counselling, telecalling, or a similar inside-sales role.

You will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable training programs, and converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and professionals.
- Understand customer requirements, career goals, and learning needs.
- Recommend suitable courses and training programs based on customer requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, features, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.




- Convert enquiries and qualified leads into course enrolments.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Meet and consistently achieve individual and team sales/enrolment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide professional counselling throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, telecalling, educational counselling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working from the office at TIDEL Park, Chennai.
