Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage installation, rectification and site execution activities by coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate installation and rectification projects from planning to closure.

Prepare execution plans, timelines and manpower requirements.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, production, dispatch and site teams.

Conduct site measurements, prepare reports and maintain site photographs.

Understand basic technical drawings and support basic AutoCAD/drafting work.

Manage electricians, carpenters, fabricators and installation contractors.

Obtain quotations, negotiate routine commercial terms and verify vendor bills.





Prepare installation/rectification costing and monitor project expenses.

Maintain project trackers, progress reports and completion documentation.

Ensure quality, resolve punch points and obtain client/site sign-offs.

Escalate delays, issues and cost overruns to the Project Manager.

Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience in project coordination/site execution.

Good vendor management, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets and site execution.

Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to sites.

Preferred: Experience in retail fixtures, shopfitting, interior fit-outs, exhibitions, kiosks, fabrication, electrical or furniture installation.
