We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong Telecom and Salesforce background to drive product requirements and lead engineering team scrum activities for one of our existing Fiber Application Streams. In this role, you will lead software engineering initiatives, influence cross-functional teams that design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.





The position requires a shift until 10 AM PST to enable effective communication with the US time zone.

Responsibilities
- Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Manage a concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to guide high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
- Act as a Scrum Master, managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and communicating them clearly to project stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- Provide hands-on software development and project management support, along with cross-functional coordination and inter/intra tea
