DOCTOR REFERRAL TEAM – MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

To build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals, increase appropriate patient referrals to Mahi Hospitals, and ensure smooth coordination between referring doctors, patients, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Doctor Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit referring and potential referring doctors.
- Understand doctors’ requirements and provide appropriate information about hospital services.
- Coordinate with consultants and departments to support referred patients.

2. Referral Development
- Identify potential referral sources and develop new doctor/clinic networks.
- Follow up on referrals and ensure patients receive timely assistance.




- Coordinate priority appointments, consultations, diagnostics, admissions, and follow-up care.
- Maintain regular communication with referring doctors regarding patient progress, where appropriate and permitted.

3. Hospital Service Promotion
- Promote Mahi Hospitals’ specialties, consultants, diagnostics, emergency services, critical care, rehabilitation, and other healthcare services.
- Communicate recent facilities, doctors, health packages, camps, and hospital programs to doctors.
- Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, medical camps, and professional engagement activities.

4. Marketing & Field Activities
- Prepare daily and weekly doctor visit plans.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
- Collect market feedback regarding patient needs, competitor activities, and referral trends.
- Support hospital marketing campaigns and community outreach programs.
