Job Title: Part time Client Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

The Lumos IQ is looking for a motivated Client Acquisition Executive who can identify potential clients, introduce them to our marketing services, maintain regular follow-ups, schedule meetings, and help convert prospects into paying clients.

The monthly target for this role is to successfully onboard 3–5 clients.

Training:

Freshers will receive one week of unpaid training covering:
- Identifying and researching potential clients
- Reaching out through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Understanding and explaining our marketing services
- Following up with interested prospects
- Scheduling meetings and supporting the onboarding process

No salary, stipend, or other compensation will be provided during the training period. During this period, the candidate’s consistency, communication, responsiveness, and interest will be evaluated.





The association may be discontinued if the candidate remains inactive, inconsistent, or uninterested. Candidates with prior experience in client acquisition, lead generation, sales, or follow-ups may start working directly without training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients
- Approach business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce and explain The Lumos IQ’s marketing services
- Understand prospects’ requirements and recommend suitable services
- Conduct regular and professional follow-ups
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects
- Support the negotiation, closing, and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress
- Successfully onboard 3–5 clients every month

Client Qualification:

A client will be counted as successfully onboarded only after:
- The client has finalized a service
- The onboarding process has been completed
- The client has made the initial paymen
