- ;Work towards achieving 100% of assigned buyer acquisition targets.
- ;Auction Marketing Coordination
- ;Assist in planning and monitoring listed auctions to ensure smooth execution.
- ;Support co-planning sessions with buyers to understand their needs and align auction logistics.
- ;Collaborate with the operations team for end-to-end auction execution.
- ;Maintain a product-wise MIS of buyers and ensure participation in relevant auctions.
- ;Identify material dispatch-related issues and flag them to the team for timely resolution.




- ;Market Research Field Work
- ;Conduct regular market analysis to help ensure clients receive benchmark pricing.
- ;Support strategic marketing initiatives across various channels.
- ;Conduct field visits, collect market feedback, and document learnings.
- ;Willing to travel for field visits as needed.
- ;Skills Competencies
- ;Eager to learn and enthusiastic about B2B marketing and client management.
- ;Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- ;Organized and detail-oriented: able to maintain MIS, track buyer participation, and follow up consistently.
- ;Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and Slack.
- ;Comfortable with field visits and regional travel.
