Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Logistics Operations Executive to support our daily transport operations and business development activities. This is a work-from-home position suitable for candidates with good communication skills and an interest in sales, customer service, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and bid for transport loads using online logistics platforms
- Manage daily dispatch and transport operations
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on enquiries and generate new business opportunities




- Coordinate with drivers and customers regarding deliveries
- Update job records and maintain operational information
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently from home
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Logistics or transport industry experience is an advantage
