- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, materials, machinery, and work progress.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Safety, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
- Check site measurements, material requirements, and proper utilization of resources.
- Identify site issues and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, labour discipline, and safety compliance at site.
- Monitor subcontractor work and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Report daily site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager / Project Head.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
