Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and assist with basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and candidates to address routine HR queries.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, meetings, and HR initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR reports, spreadsheets, and daily/weekly recruitment updates.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduate degree.
